GLEE means joy n this show does xactly dat ....brings joy :)
When the show started off i tght it ws jst high school musical adapted to a TV series ....... with the cheerleader the football player ......the gay ...... an overlooked girl .....n a total high school bully but glee has far above all those cliched storylines.
Glee is basically about Will Schuester trying to regain the McKinley high glee club's former glory with Rachel, Finn , Puck , Kurt , Mercedes, Quinn ,Tina , Arty,Santana , Brittany , Mike Chang and Matt...... in between lies cheerleading coach Sue's attempts to destroy glee n the ongoing love story between Will n guidance counsellor Emma ....... a pretty simple storyline ....but very well made .
Glee deals with day to day problems faced by Glee members in terms of popularity, romance, even teenage sex , attention seekin tendancies n does so in an entertaining n fun way. The songs selection r outstanding with most of the characters singing the songs with amazin dance sequences .... Also every week there is a particular genre or artiste to whom the episode is dedicated .....
Glee is powered by some amazing performances by Lea Michele (Rachel) , Mark Salling (Puck), Jonathon Groff( Jesse St. james), Chris Colfer (Kurt) , Naya Rivera (Santana) ...... Puck and Santana make the show cool by their bad ass attitude n pull it off amazingly well.... on the other hand Jesse and Rachel with their amazing talent make the show engrossing a special mention for their performance in The Bohemian Rhapsody, Run joey run and Don't Stop wheras Kurt with his catchy lines n awesome style makes the show humourous n classy ......n ofcourse his beyonce like performance of put a ring on it cannot be forgotten.
The finale of the 1st season wasjust perfect as well with Quinn having her baby n Jesse's performance being the all time best till then ...... n the Sue turning good from evil .... n Rachel n Finn finally together .....all in all ending on high note ..... I hope the next season(s) to come are as enjoyable ..... GLEE ROCKS !
